Yes, it is possible.
It looks even possible to set the "vcs" keyword for all pkg-octave packages at
once (not needed to go through every package, as seems to be the case with the
email interface)

Looking at the distro-tracker source code, it looks like there can be only one
team owner at tracker.debian.org, so we need your help here.
