[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Upload to debian unstable

I was not aware of the fact that those are actually different programs,
so using two master links will probably be a solution.

I implemented that already because I found the old linking quite
confusing.

I'll implement it like that and check in. I'm not sure if it will work
and I can't test it before tonight. OTOH, it's broken already, so I
can't break anything, right?. ;)
