In the changelog, you can see :
  * Updated patch of autogenerated autoconf files by Steve Langasek.

But I haven't check deeper (btw, who wants to dig into ./configure ? :p)
maybe he is doing more things into this patch but I think an autoconf
before the creation of the compilation should do it !
