[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Bug#881967: libopenmpi3: ships libpmix.so.* which has a different SOVERSION than all other libs

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'sid' to 'experimental'.
It installed fine in 'sid', then the upgrade to 'experimental' fails
because it tries to overwrite other packages files without declaring a
Breaks+Replaces relation.

Given that libpmix.so.2 has SOVERSION 2, but all other libraries in
libopenmpi3 have SOVERSION 40, this should be in a separate package as in sid.
