[Pkg-openmpi-maintainers] Bug#881967: libopenmpi3: ships libpmix.so.* which has a different SOVERSION than all other libs

Thanks for this report.

With openmpi3, I intend to use the external package pmix (which will
then be used by  both openmpi and mpich).

pmix was accepted into unstable yesterday, and I am doing test builds of
openmpi3 against it. I need to fix arch regressions on both pmix and
openmpi3 in experimental before it is fit to proceed to a transition.
