I see... I pushed some commits improving clean overrides.
Now I can sucessfully build with "gbp buildpackage".

In my "~/.gbp.conf" I have

[DEFAULT]
color = auto
builder = pdebuild --debbuildopts "-i\.git -I.git $*"

[buildpackage]
tarball-dir = ../
~~~~
