Well, I guess this is the common tasks of the Debian maintainer... of
course the volume/rate/impact of changes may differ between packages.

Well... that joins the opinion already provided by Jaime, which makes a
lot of sense for new users, but I'm personally (and as a DD too) also
concerned about the migration path for existing deployments of 3.4 on
wheezy systems...

I'm a bit afraid of the big jump from 3.4 to 4.x, hence my questions
aboyt latest versions of 3.x branch.
