Dear members of OSS4 packaging team,

I have been an active oss4 user. Thank you for the hard work to bring
oss4 into Debian. I would like to contribute to the packaging effort and
submitted an application to join the pkg-oss4 team on alioth.

I have prepared the following changes against svn trunk. The first two
are mostly house keeping to reduce lintian warnings. The last is a consistant
way to deal with limits.h headers. limits.h found in include-fixed
generated when building gcc is always reliable.

Please have a review of these patches.

Cheers,
Benda
