Perhaps the section about reporting bug could link to some
documentation about it?

I suggest adding a "Bug triager" part, that would address both
front-desk style (subscribing to the package on the BTS, answering new
bug reports) and long-term background work (e.g. pinging bugs tagged
moreinfo). Maybe Solveig can write it?
