[pkg-otr-team] last two packages have been broken

I'm using wheezy-backports.
The last two irssi-plugin-otr + libotr5 packages have been broken for
me bec. irssi 0.8.15.5 gets accepted as compatible package but it only
works with 0.8.17-1~bpo70+1.

should irssi-plugin-otr perhaps depend on that specific version of irssi?
