It seems to confirm our previous finding, that is "irssi plugins must
depend on the version of irssi they were built against". Anyone here
using irssi-plugin-otr from wheezy-backports, may you please confirm
this? And perhaps upload a fixed irssi-plugin-otr to wheezy-backports?
