[pkg-otr-team] last two packages have been broken

to clarify, not the package itself is broken, just the package
dependencies are wrongly suggesting it can be used with an older irssi
from wheezy repo. perhaps I misunderstand the idea of a binary upload,
but as there is no need to change any source code, this dependency
information could be done with a binary upload, too.
i'll leave this to the experts to fix, clearly some people from debian
have acknowledged the problem.
why do you think it needs to be fixed in unstable, did you try it and
find the same problem there?
