I am getting the following error in my log:

and this keeps coming to my log.. it seems this is after the new php4 4.4.0-4 ... 

If my apache2 log is needed or more info is needed let me know! 
serious problem it seems.. some sites can be accessed but some dont.. kinda irritating..
