Most likely a library issue.  Please forward the contents of
/etc/php4/apache2/php.ini and the versions of all php extensions you
have enabled as well as the versions of the libraries they depend on;
likewise, please forward a directory listing of /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/
and version information for the modules listed there.
