[php-maint] Bug#331729: php4-curl: Requires an Apache restart on postinst

Package: php4-curl
Version: 4:4.3.10-16
Severity: minor

I apt-get install php4-curl and expected it to work straight away.

Instead my applications reported:

Call to undefined function: curl_init()

Errors. After a :

sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

It did start to work.
