[php-maint] php5 json

  I'm the current maintainer for php-json, that is now integrated
upstream in php5. It seems more sensible that you take maintenance over
from php5, but we need to coordinate the upload.

  Please tell me how you want to do that. Given how small this extension
is, it makes perfectly sense to build it in php5, but that's obviously
up to you.
