sorry no one has responded yet on this.  i'm not too familiar with this
module, but if it's now part of the php upstream tarball then i agree it
makes sense to provide it by the php source package.  does the module
have any deps or build-deps?  if not i say we just build it into the
main php packages and set up an appropriate upgrade path.  otherwise i
guess we can have another module package for it.
