[php-maint] Bug#424776: achims-guestbook: affected by php4-removal

I don't understand why http://wiki.debian.org/PHP4Removal says
that a dependency on php4 should change to php5 | php4 when the latter
is no longer in the archives?

I followed up to a bug saying that the dependency could just be changed
to php5, and was shown that page.
