[php-maint] php 5.2.5 prepped for unstable

hey folks,

after updating/massaging the suhosin patch and a at least one other patch, i 
think 5.2.5 is ready for unstable.  if there aren't any proablems/objections, 
i'll send an upload sometime tomorrow.
