i don't have a strong preference one way or the other these days.   and i 
guess it's pretty easy to find out which repos are doing which :)

however, if you do go for the source+debian in the repo, i strongly suggest 
that you make sure that the non ./debian changes are stored 
as ./debian/patches via quilt or similar, and not directly changed on the 
source.  merging and diffing branches in svn is such a pain that it's better 
to manually fix the patches on updates, and it keeps the debian specific 
changes very clear.
