Not so fast, before uploading 5.3.0 anywhere I'd like to review the
code in order to find other possible DFSG freeness issues. Feel free
to help with that task.

The first steps are of course making sure it builds. For this several
patches need to be dropped because they've already been included,
others massaged so that they apply, and others probably temporarily
disabled (e.g. suhosin, but maybe by the time the packaging is ready
Stefan would have released suhosin for 5.3).
