I "uupdated" php-net-smtp (from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2, minor update)
and commit changes of debian/{changelog,control} to svn.
The package is uploaded on mentors.debian.net too.

Jose, the previous maintainer of RFA packages, used cdbs for
debian/rules of his php pear/pecl packages.
Any objections to continue to use cdbs for these packages (and commit
my changes in this way in the svn repo) ? It seems that packages owned
by PHP Debian Team use debhelper only.
