Indeed. I myself spend some time on the PEAR modules from time to time;
it's mostly a case of different packages for the modules but each package
doesn't require lots of work or very regular attention.

Feel free to improve any of the PEAR packages you see or that need to be
added; it's important however that we move towards one common form of
packaging them so please keep that in mind.

Yes, please post sponsorship requests to this list. I monitor it aswell
and will pick it up when I have some time available.
