[php-maint] Package request for php5-rrdtool RRDtool PHP bindings

Hi guys,

I've recently noticed when looking for a package for PHP's RRDtool
bindings that a Debian package does not yet exist.  I know that a
package existed in the past for php4-rrdtool, but it seems that for some
reason the extension has not been included in any Debian distributions
for quite some time.

>From what I can tell it appears to be stable, and there also seems to be
some demand for such a package, after performing a quick Google search.
I've managed to compile it via Debian's PHP5 source (after building
RRDtool in the same manner) and I've not noticed any issues.

Please could you consider the possibility of creating a package for the
RRDtool PHP bindings?
