The packages in lenny satisfy these version requirements, so I've removed
the versioning on these dependencies.

Since APT::Install-Recommends is enabled by default in lenny, it seems best
to leave these as Recommends. It gives the best of both worlds: dependencies
are installed by default so all backends work, but the admin has the option
to remove dependencies he deems unnecessary, based on what backends are in
use.
