No, 1.4.2-2 isn't in testing, we are still discussing the issue with the
RT, and I'm still unsure what to do (reupload without the Breaks:?
Reupload with a Conflicts:?).

It's not "we can", but "we MUST" wait for Squeeze to be released before
uploading to SID. Any new version in SID shall be coordinated with the
release team. Uploading to Experimental is ok though.
