  Please note that I haven't made the .orig.tar.gz available (which is
  identical to the upstream tarball at
  http://download.pear.php.net/package/Crypt_Blowfish-1.1.0RC2.tgz) and have
  removed the expanded upstream hier from the expanded package directory.
  I'm in the US and want to ensure I'm on the legal side of the federal
  cryptography export regulations. According to
  http://lists.debian.org/debian-legal/2010/09/msg00029.html, dak will
  automatically send the proper notification for uploads.
