[php-maint] Procedure for collaborative maintenance of packages ?

Hi.

We've been at least 3 of us (Luis, Arthur and me) working on some of the
dependencies of phpunit recently.

We're approaching the state of everything more or less available for
review/tests in each of the package's git trees under /pkg-php.

What's the procedure to correctly declare that packages will be
collectively maintained as part of the team in the control file ?

Do instructions in
http://wiki.debian.org/GregoryColpart/PearPolicyDraft#debian.2BAC8-control apply ?
