[php-maint] Procedure for collaborative maintenance of packages ?

Just so it's clear, I don't comment a great deal on matters related to
the pear/pecl/lib packaging, so you won't get much help on my end in
terms of reviewing etc.  But I think listing pkg-php as maintainer and
putting yourself in uploaders isn't out of the question... anyone
disagree with that?

If it ends up causing too much noise on this list (hasn't yet, anyway)
we could also create a secondary mailing list just for these type of
packages/packagers, though i don't think it's been an issue.

i took a quick look and i didn't see anything outrageously wrong,
anyway.  feel free to bring up any questions here though as there are
some other folks more active on the library/module packaging end who
might be able to chime in.
