[php-maint] Upload php5 5.3.6

Found last issue, I have put the Pre-Depends on dpkg to Source: php5
instead to Package: php5-fpm. Fixed and pushed to git including tags.

So this is really last change and the result will be uploaded as soon
the build is finished (which takes a long time because of all the
tests...)
