[php-maint] PHPUnit testers wanted (2nd query)

I create the [1]git repo on alioth (and one for php-ezc-consoletools too). I'm
still not sure if phpunit needs them, but if php-token-stream uses i think 
it's better to have them packaged.

However my lack of time during this two months has not let me finish the 
package review, so feel free to join.
