[php-maint] C and PHP Developer who would like to help out!

If thats what you guys need I am up for it! Doing QA will be a great way for
me to actually learn the Debian way of doing things.

I think it would be best for me to start out this way and move my way up.
When I feel ready I will take on more Debian related work in another package
to get my programming fix.

So the best place to start is going through the PHP bugs and follow up on them?
After that read patch headers and figure out their status upstream?
