testing PHP with actual applications.

phpts where taken from two sources:
1. the tag of the relevant version
2. the branch of the same version (so it closer to 5.2.17 and 5.3.9).

For both scenarios, the result are identical for PHP before and updates.

Let me know if you want me to try other scenarios.
