[php-maint] 3 little packages : php-image-color php-image-canvas and php-numbers-roman

Hello everybody,

A little up about these packages.
I intend to package dependancies of centreon a monitoring software.
I began with these 3 "easy" packages and the lack of return stop me on
this project.
Please, can I have a review or at default a little comment about what is
wrong in my procedure to propose it ?
