[php-maint] Bug#714728: [php5] Depends on libsystemd-daemon-dev library on !linux-any

Source: php5
Version: 5.5.0+dfsg-4
Severity: important

php5 cannot depend on libsystemd-daemon-dev when it gets build on a system
which is not linux. systemd is Linux exclusive. Doing so will make it fail on
the official architectures. hurd-i386, kfreebsd-amd64 and kfreebsd-i386. In
other words: It will make this package unsuitable for testing. This makes
packages depending on php5 unsuitable and thus makes other maintainers angry
because their software is now unsuitable for testing. Now it continues with
angry user -> bashing of maintainers -> maintainers even more unhappy -> .. ->
little kittens are hurt.

Is it possible to change this dependency to:

 libsystemd-daemon-dev [linux-any],

And btw. it would be nice to have the current debian version in git. Otherwise
this Vcs stuff makes no sense at all.
