[php-maint] PHP 5.5 in wheezy-backports

Hi team,

I was thinking about providing full set of PHP 5.5 packages +
extensions in wheezy-backports as a service for our users. I already
do that for Ubuntu(s) with a great success and only thing which is
stopping me was sort-of-lack of infrastructure (when DPA is created I
will certainly use it as well to push the changes more aggresivelly).

Any opinions?
