Now that php-pear is in sid, I've uploaded newer pkg-php-tools.

Remaining lintian warnings:
E: pkg-php-tools: php-script-but-no-phpX-cli-dep usr/bin/pkgtools
E: pkg-php-tools: php-script-but-no-phpX-cli-dep
usr/share/pkg-php-tools/scripts/phppkginfo


Also, the phpunit tests need to be fixed.
