Argh, the phar archive is mess, I copied merged copyright from php-pear
package into the copyright record for it.

This seems more like an oversight on upstream side. Fortunately this is
not a problem for PHP itself. I'll notify upstream about that.

The Copyright holder is a bit of guessing, but I used 'Sideshow' as it's
mentioned as a 'foundry' per multiple font download sites.

I'll upload a fixed version when it finishes building later today.
