[php-maint] Contributing

Thanks for the tips! Last night I read the Debian Constitution and Social
Contract, and I used to have to help my girlfriend write legal philosophy
papers and analyze international law essays. I think I will be just fine
with these :P Where can I find the source for the maintainer scripts though?
