[Pkg-postgresql-private] New repository for postgresql; please do not use the old one any more

I created this new repository and checked in the latest revision from
the old one. The layout is the same as in the old one, just without
the orig.tar.gz:

<root>
    {arch}
    postgresql-7.4.6
        debian
            patches
            po

To check out the new version:

1. Delete the reference to the old archive (optional)

  tla register-archive -d pkg-postgresql-private@lists.alioth.debian.org--p=
ostgresql

2. Register the new archive to tla

  tla register-archive sftp://LOGIN@arch.debian.org/arch/pkg-postgresql/pkg=
-postgresql-private@lists.alioth.debian.org--2004

  (replace LOGIN with your alioth login)

3. Check out the tree:

  tla get pkg-postgresql-private@lists.alioth.debian.org--2004/postgresql--=
devel--1 [DIR]

  if you specify DIR, then the project will be checked out into this
  directory. If you don't specify DIR, it will default to
  postgresql--devel--1--base-0.

4. Get the orig.tar.gz: Either copy it from the old working directory
   (into DIR), or download it. I put it into
   arch.debian.org/arch/pkg-postgresql/, and I propose that we store
   all orig.tar.gz files there for convenience. So you can download it
   with

   wget http://arch.debian.org/arch/pkg-postgresql/postgresql_7.4.6.orig.ta=
r.gz
