Nothing.  "debconf" had not ask me anything.

Not possibel since the whole Server was a fresh installation
with the Etch-Net-Install-CD downloaded for some days.

Since the Database must run UNICODE entirely, I use "en_US.UTF-8"
which is properly configured.
