FWIW: The last time I looked into pgAdmin4 debian was missing a bunch
of python dependencies for pgAdmin4. I've noticed that most of the
required python dep versions are found in (IIRC) RHEL so it's possible
those versions where chosen just because there already installed on the
system. I'm convinced other versions work as well but this needs some
research.
