merging btsutils into debian_bundle

Hi Gustavo,
I'm a member of the pkg-python-debian project on Alioh. We are
developing a bundle of Python modules (currently named "debian_bundle")
for dealing with various technologies and infrastructure we have in
Debian. ATM we have modules for parsing changelog and 822 files, for
handling debtags, version comparison, ...

We would like to see your btsutils module merged into our project. How
does that sound to you? The benefit is of course of centralizing the
libraries needed for access the Debian infrastructures, hoping to create
a more coherent environment.

As a side note, and now wearing my hat of one of the devscripts
maintainer, when btsutils is ready we would like to rewrite the various
BTS-related tools on top of btsutils, so that we stop parsing HTML and
rely on SOAP. Course we would be happier of doing so by just adding a
dependency on top of python-debian ... :)

Let us know what do you think of the idea, we will be more than happy of
adding you to our project so that you can freely work on your code even
there.

Cheers.
