merging btsutils into debian_bundle

First of all, it's an honor to receive such proposal :)

I would love to see btsutils integrated in the debian bundle. I believe,
however, that it's better to wait a bit until GSoC ends, by then I'll be
able to dedicate more time to polish and integrate it. Besides, the GSoC
may require me to do some aggressive releasing in the future.
