upload? (with summary of UNRELEASED stuff)

We have some non entirely trivial relevant changes in our current
UNRELEASED python-debian version:
- embedding of deb822
- debfile.py
- one bugfix (my dict wishlist)
- some new examples
- two new uploaders :)

What do you think of an upload?
I would say to perform some tests individually in the next few days and
then upload.

John: I guess python-deb822 need some action to coordinate with this
upload (I'm wondering it would need a removal request if everything is
now shipped in python-debian ...), can you elaborate on that?

Anyone else which want to add something to python-debian for this
release?
