upload? (with summary of UNRELEASED stuff)

Just Replaces: Conflicts: should be fine for now shouldn't it. Then we
can transition all rev-deps and file for removal.

No I have nothing to add, but I would appreciate an upload soon, as I
have an upload waiting for the new API in the new version.
