[Pkg-r-builders] Restart?

Hi all,

I hope summer has been good to everybody.  We have one or two open issues
with the ISC itself (need to sign contract, they want status reports). I have
no issue saying that we were slow starting.

But I am a little worried that we never got going. I remain motivated, and
maybe the best thing to do is to just ... get going.

So here are two quick proposals:

 - We need another quick call, if possible. Timezones are an issue. When/where?

 - I think we should just start hacking. In two largely independent moves:

   - Generate packages: maybe I can work on that, and maybe off Michael's
     code base?  Is that somewhere?

   - Build package: I am perfectly happy to just "hack" away with pbuilder
     before Don sets up something better.  Other thoughts?


 - Shall we set up a Slack channel or something more informal?

That's all for now.  Let's try to catch up on a few days.
