[Pkg-r-builders] Restart?

Yes, I agree we need a little reset to get going. I, without warning,
got a new job this summer, essentially associate dean of the School of
Science at Penn State Behrend. That has taken some time to adjust to,
but now that the semester has started, my schedule is settling down.

I think we need some sort of road map. If we can break things up into
smaller chunks, that would give me a target to work towards.

My mornings (eastern time) are free for a meeting.

Slowly creeping towards the dark side of administration,
Michael
