[Pkg-rrfw-general] Torrus packaging progress

Hello,

I have started working on torrus packages. So far I am just renaming 
rffw->torrus everywhere and making sure that things go into the right 
places. If I will not hear anything about the new project and SVN 
repository creation from the alioth admin by the time I'll get the new 
packages to build, I'll just put debian/ into the old CVS repository and 
do periodic backups.
