In such case, the package should then be renamed to "antpm" so that
the Debian package name fits the published upstream name.

The rename can also be an opportunity to give the new software a
proper release version naming scheme (1.0,etc.)

The new source package should provide a transitional
"garmin-ant-downloader" package

both Ralf and I can help, of course.
